FULCRUM C is the compact version of FULCRUM. It retains all the characteristics of solidity and sturdiness, and thanks to its reduced blade size (only 110 mm) and handle, it is easily portable and concealable. The rigid scabbard can be positioned horizontally, vertically, or at a 45° angle. The scabbard's only safety mechanism is automatic, with extraction and reinsertion by pressure. This feature makes it an intuitive and extremely fast tool, particularly suitable for emergency use and personal defense. The original version of FULCRUM C comes with a compact 100mm handle. Made to order for the renowned 9th Parachute Assault Regiment “Col Moschin” of the Italian special forces, which officially adopted it in 2002, this is a quintessential combat knife. Kiridashi is a type of Japanese knife, a cutting multipurpose tool. One of its peculiarities is the asymmetric bevel: only one of the two sides is grind while the other remains flat. Extrema Ratio has reinterpreted this traditional Japanese knife according to its style, giving it a more tactical look than the original. KIRI features a particular tip designed to obtain a high penetration efficiency while maintaining its characteristic chisel grind. Extrema Ratio KIRI is available in Dark Stone and Satin finish, both in Böhler N690 steel hardened to 58 HRC. The handle is made of two black anodized anticorodal aluminum scales. The pre-shaped Kydex sheath is equipped with metal eyelets for inserting a paracord, which also allow it to be attached to a M.O.L.L.E. system webbing. KIRI can be accessorised with the following options (sold separately): BELT CLIP that allows you to attach the sheath to a belt. ULTICLIP SLIM 3.3 (we recommend at least two) that allows you to attach the sheath not only to a belt but also to pockets, trousers, jackets, shirts and t-shirts.

Extrema Ratio developed the first knife of a new production line, called CONTACT. It has a blade with a lance-shaped profile, a flat grinding and a diamond-shaped geometry. It has got a lower guard branch to protect the hand from accidental cuts, upper jumping to improve grip, a concave fuller along the entire length of the blade and a generous thickness blade (6.30mm) All these details make the Contact the elder brother of the now famous Requiem, revisited in proportions and in some technical features. The first of a new line of multipurpose knives. The blade is made in Böhler N690 steel with a hardness of 58 HRC and a chemical burnishing coating for the Black version. All other colours in production have got a blade with Stone Washed finishing. The handle is still in forprene . It is no more assembled by the side screws but thanks to the shank in truncated cone-shaped stainless steel that is screwed to the bottom and goes to fit inside a special seat, which makes it solid. In this way the knife is well balanced. The sheath is minimalist: most of the fabric has been cut off: it has got a 2nd level retention system, remembering the style of the model it was inspired by. The main shell is injection-molded in shockproof nylon. The secondary retention system is reversible for ambidextrous users. The blade is guided into the sheath thanks to its cone shape that lends itself well to the rapid insertion and extraction of the blade. To extract the blade, a pressure on the trigger will be sufficient, thus releasing the safety that holds it securely in the sheath. In the horizontal slits of the sheath a system is added, which fixes the blade to avoid shaking noises when it is stored inside. The back side of the nylon sheath is M.O.L.L.E. compatible. The textile part is reduced to its minimum and has got the classic two-button safety strap with a belt loop and a thigh band with rubber reinforcement for anti-rotation. Extrema Ratio aims at this new line by minimizing thickness and size of the knife, but not saving on structural strength and safety accessories.
The CONTACT C is a more compact version of the CONTACT knife. It features a spear-point blade made of Böhler N690 steel with a hardness of 58 HRC, a flat edge, a lower guard branch, and a full-length lightening shell. The Forprene handle has a threaded tang lock, making the knife solid and well-balanced. The MOLLE-compatible sheath is made of shockproof nylon, and features a system that prevents shaking noises. The sheath is also equipped with a two-button safety flap and an ambidextrous, reversible second-level retention system: simply pressing the trigger unlocks the blade.
The Extrema Ratio S-THIL Stone Washed is a backup tactical knife of monolithic construction milled out of a 5 mm (0.2”) bar of BOHLER N690 steel, developed in cooperation with designer Thilo Arnd Schiller. The spear point blade is heat treated to 58 HRC for best combination of edge retention and toughness. It has a false double edge to make it very effective in thrusting and piercing and has a full length fuller that flows elegantly from the blade into the handle. The blade is milled integral to the knife for better compactness and lightness, with minimum thickness yet with a pattern that reminds of the classical Extrema Ratio knife grip. This profile creates two small guards and a comfortable thumb rest to prevent the hand from slipping towards the blade. On the pommel there is a diamond shaped skull crusher and a slot for a wrist strap or for giving the knife a paracord grip wrap. The stamped nylon sheath has been designed to be extremely flat and very narrow, to keep it as compact as possible. Knife design makes the sheath ambidextrous and allows to insert the knife with the edge on the left or the right. The integral twin retention system is composed of four pressure elements that work one pair at a time, according to the direction the knife is inserted, while the textile nylon part has a button and a strap to secure the knife to the sheath. The tip of the sheath has a hole to allow debris or liquids to be expelled simply by blowing into it. The sheath can be used with belt clip, ULTICLIP or malice clip making it extremely versatile, while it is also possible to attach it to a M.O.L.L.E. webbing just by weaving paracord through it.

"Extrema Ratio Sethlans" is a fixed blade work knife designed to face a wide range of situations, suitable for survival, bushcraft, prepping, and also as a backup blade. The Sethlans was designed in collaboration with Daniele Dal Canto, a Master Advanced instructor. The Sethlans is available in two versions with two different types of steel: a Stone Washed version using böhler N690 steel heat-treated at 58 HRC, chosen for its demonstrated reliability over the last 20 years due to its resistance to oxidation and durability of the blade edge, and a Black version that uses D2 steel, heat, and cryogenically treated at 60 HRC, which has high resharpening capacity even with makeshift tools. To provide greater hardness and resistance, the blade is coated with the new Teflon-based product "EXP DARK," proposed by Extrema Ratio. The knife comes with G10 scales that feature the ergonomic design characteristic of Extrema Ratio handles. They can be removed by freeing the skeletonized structure of the knife, allowing maximum lightness with minimum thickness. For lovers of extreme customization, the full-tang structure allows the handle to be covered with paracord. The sheat is composed of a very light and minimalist Kydex part, which can be disassembled and adapted to both left and right-handed users. The addition of an optional belt clip allows both vertical and horizontal positioning of the knife, making the sheath much more versatile than the textile version. It is equipped with a mini pouch with MOLLE system containing a double-sided sharpening stone and a Firesteel for lighting fires.

Den är konstruerad för att motstå alla de påfrestningar du kan tänkas göra för hand vilket betyder att den i praktiken är oförstörbar. Det förutsätter dock att du är normalt försiktig med kniven och att den används till vad den är avsedd för, nämligen som ett vasst precisionsredskap. Grunden för X-knivens styrka ligger i det laminerade koboltstålet men också i den genomtänkta konstruktionen där brytzoner har eliminerats. Några ord om den helsvarta versionen: Denna yta kallas Volframkarbid och är en av de hårdaste vi någonsin träffat på. Vi kan ändå inte garantera att den sitter i tid och evighet, trots allt går bladet att slipa och visst biter ett diamant- eller keramiskt bryne på ytan. Även t.ex. sandkorn eller liknande kan göra märken/repor. Hårdheten är på 2400 HV (Vickers) eller runt HRC 83. Vi har i vanlig ordning lagt mycket energi på att utforma en säker knivslida, det är ju faktiskt där som kniven kommer att tillbringa sin mesta tid. Slidan avgör accessen till kniven och här har vi verkligen satt till alla klutar för att få fram en säker slida som medger en enkel tillgång till kniven. Slidan har både ett transportlås (vikbygeln med en stropp) och en platssäkring som gör att kniven sitter säkert i slidan tills du bestämmer dig för att använda den. Det är lite av både livrem och hängslen men vi gillar den säkerhetsattityden – en tappad kniv gör ingen nytta. Transportsäkringen medger därför att kniven kan fästas upp och ned på kroppen eller på din utrustning utan risk. Som tillbehör finns en knivslida med ett monterat clips i rosttrögt stål vilket gör att du enkelt kan addera kniven till ett midjebälte. Fördelarna är flera – förutom att du enkelt kan ta av/ta på dig kniven kommer kniven att hänga några centimeter lägre vilket kan vara en fördel om man bär ryggsäck eller har lång jacka. Inte så att den hänger och slänger långt ned på låret men många gillar ett arrangemang där kniven ledar bra från bältet. Sammantaget: Vi blir inte förvånade om X-kniven kommer att kallas världens mest genomtänkta knivkoncept där inget sparats för att få fram det allra bästa, ur ergonomisk och säkerhetssynpunkt. Kniven är vass och stark, slidan är smart och säker. Så, vad kan man mer begära? Jo, den riktigt snygg också!
